What is the Dead Hand Collection in CS2?
The collection was released on March 11, 2026. It includes 17 community-created weapon finishes and 22 pairs of gloves in the “Rare Special” category. The weapons span four rarity tiers, and the gloves come in three models.
Collection items are obtained through Dead Hand Terminals, which can appear in the weekly care package. Getting a terminal in the care package does not mean you receive gloves right away.
Don’t look for a case containing Dead Hand gloves: these pairs do not drop from cases. They come from Dead Hand Terminals.

Frequently asked questions
How do you get Dead Hand gloves in CS2?
Collection items are obtained through Dead Hand Terminals. A terminal can appear in the weekly care package, but getting one does not automatically grant you gloves.
First, you get an inactive Sealed Dead Hand Terminal. You can earn one as a weekly reward or buy it from another player, since it can be traded and sold before activation. Once you click “Activate Terminal,” you can no longer trade or sell it. The terminal shows several offers from an arms dealer, and you can buy only one item. After the purchase, the terminal is consumed. The same happens if you turn down the final offer. Items bought this way come with a certificate naming their original owner. The terminal and its offers are available for a limited time.
How much do Dead Hand gloves cost?
Prices depend on the finish and wear condition: the cheapest options and the most expensive pairs are shown in the tables above. Driver Gloves | Seigaiha sets the lowest price, while Sport Gloves | Ultra Violent has the highest starting price.

The weapon portion has 17 finishes: two Covert, three Classified, five Restricted, and seven Mil-Spec Grade. The Covert skins are Glock-18 | Fully Tuned and AWP | Queen's Gambit; the full list is in the weapon section. All weapon skins have a StatTrak™ version.
Do Dead Hand gloves drop from cases?
No. Dead Hand gloves do not drop from cases. Collection items are obtained through Dead Hand Terminals, which can appear in the weekly care package.
