Steam fee

Two parts: Steam takes 5% and the game 10% (for CS2 and Dota 2; Rust also totals 15%). Both are calculated from the amount the seller receives, so relative to the buyer’s price it is about 13%: for a skin bought for $11.50 the seller gets $10.00.

Each part of the fee is at least one cent (or the smallest unit of your currency). That is why the lowest price on the market is $0.03: the seller gets $0.01, and Steam and the game get a cent each.

Down to the cent, separately for each part. If the price you entered cannot be hit exactly, the extra cent goes to Steam — the calculator does the same, so the amounts match what Steam shows when you list the item.

No: sales proceeds go to your Steam Wallet; you cannot withdraw them to a card or transfer them to another account. You can spend them on games and items on Steam.
