I opened a case but the item did not appear. What is the problem?
Open your profile and click “Claim” on the item.
I cannot log in to the site, pages load for a long time, ads appear, what should I do?
Most often the problem lies in your browser extensions, which can block the connection to the site, show ads, and so on. Try to remove suspicious extensions in the browser. Also recommended browsers for viewing the site are - Google Chrome and Opera. Also check JavaScript support on your device, maybe it is disabled.
I keep getting inexpensive items, why?
The contents of every case are listed on its page: it includes both inexpensive and rare items. Expensive items come up less often, this is normal.
What is energy and why is it needed?
For energy, you can open special bonus cases of different levels, which can contain very valuable items. At the moment, such cases exist only in CS2 (CS:GO) and Dota 2.
How to get energy?
You receive energy when opening cases that include it. If energy is not listed on the case page, it is not credited when opening that case. Energy can also be credited as a bonus in upgrades and contracts.
What are crystals and why are they needed?
Crystals are a separate bonus currency. You can open any case on the site with crystals. Unlike energy, which works only for certain cases, crystals work for any case.
How do you get crystals?
At the moment, you can only get crystals by visiting the site daily and keeping a continuous series of bonuses, or in the bonus wheel. You will be able to receive 1 crystal daily starting from the 7th day of your visit. Each following week the number of crystals you receive daily will increase by +1 more
