CASEWAY publishes item drop probabilities and the rules of its game modes. This page explains how it all works: where the odds come from, what you see in advance, and how bots operate.
How the modes work
Where the odds come from
The odds table is produced by the same algorithm that draws the items. When a case's contents or item prices change, the numbers are recalculated and the table's revision date is updated.
Bots
A bot opens the same case as you — with the same algorithm and the same odds. Every battle participant opens their case independently, so a bot cannot affect your items. Whatever a bot wins is never withdrawn.
The range is known upfront
Before confirming you can see which items you are trading in, their combined value, and the range of possible results.
Your choice, your terms
You choose what to stake and what to aim for, and the terms are visible before you start. Upgrading is always optional: any item you win can simply be withdrawn or sold.

Where can I see the odds of a specific item?
On the case page, in the "Drop chances" section — it lists every item and wear with its exact probability. The section is rolling out gradually, so some cases may still be recalculating.
Is playing against a bot different from playing against a person?
No. A bot opens the same case, with the same algorithm and the same odds. It has no advantage and no effect on your result.
Can I play without bots?
Yes. Bots appear in a battle only if its creator adds them — you can simply wait for real opponents.
Do you have provably fair?
Not yet — it is in development. For now we publish exact probabilities for every case.
What's next
We are working on provably fair — a cryptographic check that lets a player verify the result was not altered after the round started. Once it launches, this page will explain how to run the check.
